FEMA Notice Date: August 21, 2023
On August 20, 2023, the Governor of California declared a state of emergency in several counties in California as a result of Tropical Storm Hilary that made landfall on 8/20/2023. In anticipation of a FEMA notice to follow, Forward Lending is implementing its Disaster policy immediately.
